RLB Care Transit – Cancellation Policy

At RLB Care Transit, we understand that plans can change. To provide the highest quality service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your ride.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before pickup will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (when the client is not available at the pickup location and time without prior notice) will result in a full trip charge.

  • Email us at info@rlbcaretransit.com
  • Please include your name, scheduled pickup time, and destination when cancelling.

Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency or hospitalization that prevents you from canceling in time, please contact us immediately. We may waive fees at our discretion in such cases.
